Breakfast and Brunch Practicum
Preparation and presentation of items for use in breakfast and brunch. Emphasis on the production skills necessary to deliver a quality breakfast and brunch while meeting industry standards. Practicum experience promotes an awareness of the operational demands within breakfast/brunch operations. 2 Credits (0 Lecture - 10 Lab) Prerequisite(s): FHD125 and FHD137 and FHD140 or FHD125 and FHD137 and FHD210.
