Issues and Perspectives in Hospitality
The course will use a seminar format to explore, discuss, evaluate and clarify implications and perspectives of issues present in the hospitality industry. Students will use research and writing to help them develop responsible positions on issues they will deal with as future managers/owners in the industry. 2 Credits (2 Lecture - 0 Lab)
