Advanced listening and speaking skills for non-native students for academic tasks and the TOEFL exam. Emphasis on TOEFL preparation, note-taking skills, critical listening, idioms, pronunciation, cultural speech patterns for speaking in academic settings, and preparation of academic presentations. 4 Credits (3 Lecture - 3 Lab) Prerequisite(s): ESL140.
