Network Maintenance Laboratory
This course will provide hands-on experiences in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the hardware used in local area networks. The emphasis will be on the skills and techniques required to service the enterprise-networked systems used in industry. The installation and maintenance of cable plants, interface cards, internetworking products, and system fault tolerance and diagnosis will be covered at a level needed for the technician to become competent in network operation and maintenance. 1 Credit (0 Lecture - 3 Lab)
Prerequisite(s): EET154 and EET155 or CIT170 or CIT171 or MIS110. Corequisite(s): EET204.
