Support Center Procedures and Practices
This course will provide a directed opportunity for the student to gain experience in an information technology support center. Students will provide support in a controlled environment and collaborate with other students to better relate theory to practice. Students will spend time providing technical support to customers via a student managed and operated help desk. Students are expected to deal with their customers in a typical user environment. Faculty will provide guidance to ensure that course outcomes are met through the experience. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab)
Prerequisite(s): CIT220. Spring Only.
