Introduction to SAS programming, including basic SAS programming topics such as navigating the SAS development environment, reading raw data files and SAS data sets, writing the results to SAS data sets, sub-setting data, and creating simple summary reports. Advanced programming concepts include using the DATA step to control data input and output, combine SAS data sets, summarize data, process data iteratively with loops and arrays, and perform data manipulations and transformations. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): CIT160 and MTH160.
