Contemporary Issues in Residential Construction
This course will enlighten the student to the constant changing dynamics of the residential construction industry and the effect on both the consumers and the providers within the industry. The intent of this course is to provide the student with current, contemporary issues of culture, politics, economics, environment, and demographics that are affecting the residential building industry. 3 Credits (3 Lecture - 0 Lab) Prerequisite(s): BCT330.
