Standard construction estimating from conceptual estimates to project award. Areas of construction estimating from general conditions to punch list items are introduced. Discussion also incudes how construction estimating is affected by building codes, zoning regulations, and other constraints. Course work draws upon all acquired knowledge for production of residential and light commercial building estimates.
