Study of the types and uses of construction equipment. Productivity issues including cycle time, operational efficiency, and proper equipment selection and sizing will be covered in depth. Additional topics include earthwork estimating, equipment financial issues, equipment and site safety, and an examination of the similarities and differences between equipment utilized in the various sectors of construction.
