Topics covered include the interpretation and utilization of building codes, standards, and regulations; techniques used to estimate building costs; the use of specifications to define and limit materials; fabrication and installation in the construction industry; and specification development as an essential part of the contract document. 3 Credits (2 Lecture - 3 Lab) Spring Only.
