Automotive Managerial Analysis

Study of the financial systems required to manage and expand an automotive business. Discussion includes basic automotive industry business practices as well as accounting processes and financial statements specific to automotive service facilities. Topics also include financial management of profit centers focusing on service and parts departments as well as evaluation and establishment of strategic financial targets. Course work includes further senior project data analysis and formal writing of the research findings and preliminary conclusions. Furthermore, this course adheres to NAIT accreditation standards for the Automotive Technology Management program.
