Principles of collision repair shop operations. Emphasis on procedures, methods, and operations specific to the collision repair industry, with attention to the industry's emerging trends. Course work includes developing an operational manual, which serves to assess the student's ability to assimilate and apply knowledge gained from previous courses. 2 Credits (2 Lecture - 0 Lab)
