Job Seeking and Postings

Career Services offers a variety of options for students and graduates to network with employers.

eRecruiting – This online system allows students to post their résumés, sign up for on-campus interviews, and connect with employers who are looking to fill positions.
NACElink – An online job posting and recruiting program. The service allows students to post their résumés, apply for jobs and view job application history, and be automatically notified of new job postings. Employers who use this service can target specific schools, determine how students apply, and track job postings.
On-Campus Interviews – Having a hard time finding the time to meet with potential employers? Let the employers come to you. Check out the on-campus interviews schedule.
Career Expo – This one-day event held twice a year, in March and October, targets employers who offer work-based experience and permanent employment opportunities for Penn College students and alumni. Employers can interact with students in a “trade show” atmosphere.
