eRecruiting for Employers
This online recruiting program allows employers to view résumés of Penn College students/alumni available for full-time and internship employment. eRecruiting also provides online scheduling for employers and students who wish to participate in on-campus interviews. If you have not yet registered for eRecruiting, contact Career Services, (570) 326-3761, ext. 4502.
Benefits to Employers
- Access to students/alumni, searchable by major, industry, or employment region
- Personalized employer profile that students/alumni can match up with their own employment needs, with detailed descriptions of job openings, contact names, and application information
- Access to résumés, cover letters, and other documents that students/alumni have uploaded (PDF files ready for downloading and printing)
- Option for online interview scheduling and job application; a calendar that can be updated with important dates, such as résumé deadlines and interview times
To Log in to eRecruiting:
- Navigate your Web browser to http://www.erecruitingnetwork.com/
- Log in using your user name and password (supplied when you contact us)
- Verify the information in "My Profile."
- Important: You must press "Save" or "Submit" for your information to be recorded
