Career Services for Employers

Penn College prides itself on preparing students for the work force, and employers who have hired our graduates can attest to their superior preparation and smooth entry into the workplace.

We look forward to partnering with you to meet your workforce needs, whether that is through summer and part-time work, internships, or full-time job placement. Career Services at Penn College makes it easy to recruit qualified graduates in a range of fields.

Part-time and Summer Employees

Looking for part-time or summer employees? Career Services can aid employers in placing part-time employees through our Earn & Learn (also known as the Job Location and Development [JLD] program).

Interesting in hiring an intern? Penn College encourages all students to participate in work-based learning experiences throughout their degree program. Internships are an important component of that learning, and career services can assist in connecting you with faculty in the appropriate academic areas to find connections between our student's, their learning, and your workforce needs.

Full-time Employees

Are you seeking full-time employees? Career Services oversees a variety of mechanisms that bring employers and students together including the Penn College Career Hub, our twice yearly career fair, information sessions, and on-campus recruiting.

Fall 2014 Career Fair

Penn College has nearly 6,000 students, prepared for a lifetime of success by combining classroom theory with hands-on training. Our students learn in modern facilities using state-of-the-art equipment from faculty who know the world of work.
