eRecruiting is an online recruiting system that will allow Penn College students and alumni to post resumes, sign up for on-campus interviews, and connect with employers who have positions to fill.
Use this Web-based service to:
- Manage and edit your Career Profile and job search
- Upload resumes and cover letters easily from a Microsoft® Word file for employers to review
- Participate in the on-campus recruiting process including submitting resumes and setting up interview times
- Access all on-campus recruiting or résumé referral services
