Summer Payment Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much do I owe? When is my payment due?
If your "current balance due" is $0.00 or if the amount is followed by "CR," you owe nothing and will be automatically registered for classes.
If you have a balance due, the amount you owe is shown as "Current Balance Due" on your eBill. Any payments received in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts by the date shown on your bill are credited to your account on this bill.
Payment is due IN FULL by Wednesday, May 6, 2015. The College does not offer the Deferred Payment Plan for the summer. If you intend to mail your payment, send it early to ensure that it arrives in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on or before May 6. Payment must be received (not just mailed or postmarked) by May 6. You may pay by credit card or eCheck by logging in to SIS.
When your appropriate payment is received by May 6, you will be officially registered for classes.

Can I receive financial aid for summer classes?
Financial aid is available for summer classes. To determine your eligibility for summer financial aid, contact the Financial Aid Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-367-9222.
How is my financial aid credited on my bill?
All financial aid, including PHEAA, PELL, and SEOG grants and student/parent loan funds, approved by the Financial Aid Office at the time of billing is noted as a pending credit on your eBill.
Financial aid credits are not officially applied to your account or refunded until the College receives the funds.
If you have loans pending, you will be notified when the College receives the funds. You will be told what actions you may need to take.

What if I decide not to attend classes?
If, for any reason, you cannot attend class(es) for which you are registered, you must notify the Registrar's Office in writing prior to the first day of the class. If you fail to notify the Registrar's Office, you will be required to meet financial and academic responsibilities for tuition and coursework.
What if I plan to change my class schedule?
If you plan to change your class schedule after you are officially registered, you must notify the Registrar's Office in writing prior to the first day of the class. If you fail to notify the Registrar's Office, you will be required to meet financial and academic responsibilities for tuition and coursework.
What if one of my classes is canceled?
If any of your classes are canceled for any reason, contact the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts immediately. We will be able to tell you the impact this change will have on your financial aid and on your tuition bill.

To review the current status of your account, including all charges and credits, log in to the Student Information System.
