| August 5 | Tuition payments are due in Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.Payments must be received in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts by the due date, not just mailed or postmarked. A $50 late fee will be charged to the student's account if the payment is received after the due date. Penn College does not accept postdated checks. Please do not mail cash. |
| August 6-August 19 |
Late Registration PeriodScheduled Students are able to adjust schedules and register for classes; late fee may be assessed. Registered Students are able to make schedule adjustments without a late fee penalty. |
| August 19 | First day of classes and the last day you may drop classes without a financial penalty.If you decide for any reason not to attend Penn College after you are officially registered, you must contact the Registrar's Office prior to August 19 or you will be held responsible for full payment. |
| August 30 | Last day to add a class to your Fall 2013 schedule. |
| September 6 | Last day to drop a class and receive a partial refund for regular 16-week classes.Refunds for 8-week and other short-term classes are calculated separately. |
| September 16 | 2nd deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts. |
| October 14 | Final deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.You must make full payment by this date or be assessed a 10% delinquent penalty. All accounts that remain unpaid at the end of the semester may be turned over to a collection agency. You are responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees - in addition to the principal and late fees. |
