| August 6 | Tuition payments are due in Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.Payments received after this date will not be processed. Your class schedule will be canceled, and you will be required to attend Late Registration on Monday, August 13, and pay a $50 Late Fee, in addition to tuition fees. |
| August 7-12 | Students may not register for classes or change class schedules during this time.No registration activity will be permitted. |
| August 13 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. |
Advanced Drop/AddIf you paid your tuition and are officially registered for classes by August 6, you may use this time to drop or add classes. Contact the Registrar’s Office for more information |
| August 13 1-6 p.m. |
Late RegistrationIf you did not pay your tuition by August 6, you must attend Late Registration to reschedule your classes and must pay a $50 late fee, in addition to tuition and fees. Contact the Registrar’s Office for more information. |
| August 20 | First day of classes and the last day you may drop classes without a financial penalty.If you decide for any reason not to attend Penn College after you are officially registered, you must contact the Registrar's Office prior to August 20 or you will be held responsible for full payment. |
| August 31 | Last day to add a class to your Fall 2012 schedule. |
| September 7 | Last day to drop a class and receive a partial refund for regular 16-week classes.Refunds for 8-week and other short-term classes are calculated separately. |
| September 17 | 2nd deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts. |
| October 15 | Final deferred payment due in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts.You must make full payment by this date or be assessed a 10% delinquent penalty. All accounts that remain unpaid at the end of the semester may be turned over to a collection agency. You are responsible for all collection costs and attorney fees - in addition to the principal and late fees. |
