The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds. The Bursar's Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student & Administrative Services Center
Important Dates for Summer & Fall 2012 – View Academic Calendar
eCheck now available - Select "Pay online using eCheck" from your eBill and your payment will be electronically transferred from the bank account of your choice. Your bank account and routing information will be required for this "online only" payment option.
Mid-April 2012 - Summer 2012 eBills available on SIS.
May 2, 2012 - Summer 2012 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
June 18 - July 8, 2012 - Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Fall 2012 eBill.
Early-to mid-July 2012 - Fall 2012 eBills available on SIS.
August 6, 2012 - Fall 2012 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
September 17, 2012 - 2nd Fall 2012 deferred payment due.
October 15, 2012 - Final Spring 2012 deferred payment due.
Important Dates for Spring & Fall 2013
Early November 2012 – Deadline to request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Spring 2013 eBill.
Mid-November 2012 – Spring 2013 eBills available on SIS.
December 17, 2012 – Spring 2013 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar’s Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
February 11, 2013 – 2nd Spring 2013 deferred payment due.
March 11, 2013 – Final Spring 2013 deferred payment due.
Early-to mid-July 2013 – Fall 2013 eBills available on SIS.
