The Bursar's office is located on the 2nd floor of the SASC.
The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds.

Mid-April, 2008 - Summer 2008 eBills available on SIS.
May 9, 2008 - Summer 2008 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
June 1-30, 2008 - Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Fall 2008 eBill.
Early- to mid-July, 2008 - Fall 2008 eBills available on SIS. [View payment schedule]
August 4, 2008 - Fall 2008 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
October 2, 2008 - Final day for Fall 2008 deferred payment.
Early November, 2008 - Deadline to Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Spring 2009 eBill.
Mid-November, 2008 - Spring 2009 eBills available on SIS.
December 15, 2008 - Spring 2009 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
February 26, 2009 - Final day for Spring 2009 deferred payment.
