The Bursar's Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student & Administrative Services Center.
The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds.
Penn College announces change to processing tuition payments.
Beginning July 2012, credit/debit cards will only be accepted online through SIS. In an effort to reduce costs to the entire institution, card payments will be processed through a third-party vendor who will assess a 2.75% convenience fee for each transaction. This will ensure the cost of the service impacts only those who choose to use it. More information

| September 16, 2013 | 2nd Fall 2013 deferred payment due. |
| October 14, 2013 | Final Fall 2013 deferred payment due. |

| March 10, 2014 | Final Spring 2014 deferred payment due. |
* Payment must be in the Bursar’s Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
A $50 late fee will be charged to the student's account if the payment is received after this date.
