The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds. The Bursar's Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student & Administrative Services Center

eCheck now available - Select "Pay online using eCheck" from your eBill and your payment will be electronically transferred from the bank account of your choice. Your bank account and routing information will be required for this "online only" payment option.
October 31-November 13, 2011 - Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Spring 2012 eBill.
Mid-November 2011 - Spring 2012 eBills available on SIS.
December 12, 2011 - Spring 2012 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
February 6, 2012 - 2nd Spring 2012 deferred payment due.
March 5, 2012 - Final Spring 2012 deferred payment due.
Early to mid-July 2012 - Fall 2012 eBills available on SIS.
