The Bursar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology is responsible for the billing and collection of student tuition and fees, as well as the disbursement of financial aid funds. The Bursar's office is located on the 2nd floor of the Student & Administrative Services Center.
Important Dates for Summer & Fall 2009 [view Academic Calendar]
eCheck now available - Select "Pay online using eCheck" from your eBill and your payment will be electronically transferred from the bank account of your choice. Your bank account and routing information will be required for this "online only" payment option.
Mid-April 2009 - Summer 2009 eBills available on SIS.
May 8, 2009 - Summer 2009 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
June 1-30, 2009 - Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Fall 2009 eBill.
Early- to mid-July 2009 - Fall 2009 eBills available on SIS.
August 3, 2009 - Fall 2009 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
October 1, 2009 - Final day for Fall 2009 deferred payment.
Important Dates for Spring & Fall 2010
Early November 2009 - Deadline to Request Optional Services (meal plan, parking permit, fitness center membership) to have those fees included on the Spring 2010 eBill.
Mid-November 2009 - Spring 2010 eBills available on SIS.
December 14, 2009 - Spring 2010 tuition is due. Payment must be in the Bursar's Office/Student Accounts on this date, not just mailed or postmarked.
February 25, 2010 - Final day for Spring 2010 deferred payment.
Early- to mid-July 2010 - Fall 2010 eBills available on SIS.
