Alicia Ross sank 24 points for the Lady WildcatsWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) scored 24 points to lead the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team in its 70-64 loss to Elmira College Wednesday. The game was tied at 36 at the half but the Eagles outscored Penn College 34-28 to edge the team out. Sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) added 19 points and freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) led with 10 boards. The game is the final for the season as the Lady Wildcats finish 7-18 overall.

The Lady Wildcats finish out the season on Wednesday Feb. 12 against Elmira CollegeWILKES-BARRE, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team dropped a 65-55 contest to Penn State Wilkes-Barre Monday night. Wilkes-Barre used an 11-point advantage from the first half to keep the Lady Wildcats from making a comeback despite being outscored in the second half. Sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) led the team with 21 points while freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) added 15 and 10 steals. The loss drops the team to 7-17 overall and 5-9 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Danielle Mowery had seven assists to lead the teamWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) led all players with 26 points and 22 rebounds as the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team defeated Penn State Hazleton 78-73 Saturday. Penn College trailed through the entire first half but a 41 point effort in the second helped lift them to victory. Sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) aided the effort with 15 points while freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) added 12. The win is the second straight for the Lady Wildcats as they improve to 7-16 overall and 5-8 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Margaret Dewire scored 12 points in the win for the Lady WildcatsSCRANTON, Pa. – Scoring season high points, the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team downed Penn State Scranton 95-70 Friday night. Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) put on an offensive show scoring a personal season high 26 points. The win was a whole team effort with all players making the trip contributing to the scoring. Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) notched 20 points, making it her third straight showing of 20 points or more. The win now improves the team to 6-16 overall and 4-8 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Jamie Steer notched 10 rebounds helping the Lady Wildcats out-rebound BrandywineMEDIA, Pa.: Needing to win its final four conference games of the season to make playoffs, the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team lost 88-64 to Penn State Brandywine Thursday night. Penn College led for a good portion of the first half, but quickly feel behind a strong shooting Lions squad. Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) led the team with 21 points and 17 rebounds while freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) added 16. The loss now drops the team to 5-16 overall and 3-8 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Charese Bova recorded a double-double with 21 points and 18 reboundsWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) totaled 21 points and brought down 18 boards in the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team’s 77-61 loss to Penn State Scranton. The Lady Wildcats outscored their opponent 35-30 in the second half but a 47 point effort in the first from Scranton proved too much to overcome. Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) recorded 13 points and sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) notched 11 points and 12 rebounds. With the loss, Penn College is now 5-15 overall and 3-7 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

The Lady Wildcats led the entire game dominating the offense scoring 45 points in the first half. Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) added 12 points in the game and 13 rebounds while sophomore Danielle Mowery (Shamokin) had 10 points and seven assists. With the win, Penn College improves to 5-14 overall.

The Lady Wildcats totaled 38 rebounds in the gameMCKEESPORT, Pa. – A 43 point second half from Penn State Greater Allegheny dealt the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team an 82-56 loss Saturday. The Lady Wildcats were down only 39-30 after the first half but the offense surge from the Lions put away any hopes of stealing a victory. Sophomore Danielle Mowery (Shamokin) led the team with 12 points going 5 for 10 (.500) from the field while sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) added 11. The loss drops the team to 4-14 overall and 3-6 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Jamie Steer led all scorers in the game with 21MONACA, Pa. – Despite three players in double figures, the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team lost 88-70 to Penn State Beaver Friday. The Lady Wildcats led through a good portion of the first half and kept the game tight throughout. Sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) led all scorers with 21 points while freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) had 15 points and 12 rebounds. Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) rounded out the top scorers with 15 and added seven assists to the mix. With the loss, Penn College falls to 4-13 overall and 3-5 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

The 92 points is a season high for the Lady WildcatsWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – With the help of 18 points and 10 rebounds from Jamie Steer (South Williamsport), the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team won its second straight game defeated Penn State DuBois 92-54. The 92 points is a season high for the program that saw five players in double figures. The Lady Wildcats scored a first half high of 52 on its way to the 38 point victory. With the win, the team improves to 4-12 overall and 3-4 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

The win snaps a four-game losign streak for the Lady WildcatsWILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Snapping a four-game losing streak, the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team defeated Penn State Wilkes Barre 57-47 in conference play Saturday. Sophomore Jamie Steer (South Williamsport) led the team with 15 points while sophomore Margaret Dewire (Beaver Springs) added 12 and a team-leading eight rebounds. With the win, the Lady Wildcats improve to 3-12 overall and 2-4 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Hazleton led throughout the entire game as the Lady Wildcats struggled with shooting in the first half. The Lady Wildcats now fall to 2-11 overall with the loss against WellsAURORA, N.Y. – Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) recorded 12 points and nine rebounds but it wasn’t enough as the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team lost 83-54 to a hot Wells College team Monday. The Express led through the entire game shooting close to 40 percent from the field. Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) added 11 points in the mix including going 3 for 4 from the free throw line. The loss now drops the Lady Wildcats to 2-11 overall.

The Lady Wildcats were outscored 57-19 in the first half but then outscored their opponents 35-33 in the second. Freshman Alicia Ross (Williamsport) led Penn College with 11 points while junior Niesha Williams (Loyalsock Twp.) added 10. The loss now drops the team to 2-10 overall and 1-3 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Three points in the first half from Chelsea Burger helped the Lady Wildcats bring the game to within fiveMORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) notched 14 points and 17 rebounds recording a double-double as the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s basketball team lost 64-50 to SUNY Morrisville Thursday. The Lady Wildcats’ offense was streaky throughout the match going on strong runs but never getting consistent enough to get a lead. The loss now drops to the team to 2-9 overall.

Freshman Addie Jordan (Muncy Valley) led the Lady Wildcats scoring a personal season high 18 points. Four other Lady Wildcats scored in double figured in the team’s best performance of the season including sophomores Danielle Mowery (Shamokin) and Margaret Dewire (Beaver Springs) who each notched 14 and junior Niesha Williams (Loyalsock Twp) and freshman Charese Bova (Beech Creek) who each had 11. Bova also brought down 16 boards for a double-double. With the win, Penn College now improves to 2-8 overall.

Sophomore Danielle Mowery (Shamokin) led the winning effort with 17 points while sophomore Margaret Dewire (Beaver Springs) notched five blocks. With the win, the Lady Wildcats now improve to 1-7 overall and 1-2 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

The 58 points in a team high for the season for the Lady Wildcats. The first half was tough for the team being outscore 49-26, but Penn College bounced back in the second half scoring 32 points to Titusville's 35. With the loss, the Lady Wildcats now drop to 0-5 overall.
