MCKEESPORT, Pa. - Freshman Karey Wolfe (Milton) racked up six hits and four RBI as the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team swept Penn State Greater Allegheny Saturday. The Lady Wildcats won 12-11 in eight innings in game one and 6-2 in game two. With the sweep, they now improve to 11-19 overall and 9-7 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN, Pa. - Freshman Karey Wolfe (Milton) was 6 for 8 with seven RBI leading the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team in its split with Penn State Schuylkill Wednesday. The Lady Wildcats dropped game one 11-9 but bounced back taking the second 6-2. Freshman Kimberly Walter (Beavertown) recorded the win racking up seven strikeouts. With the split, Penn College is now 7-7 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) and 9-19 overall.

SCRANTON, Pa. – Freshman Katie Kratzer (Selinsgrove) was a perfect 8 for 8 with seven runs and RBI as the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team swept Penn State Scranton 15-2 and 21-2. The 36 runs in the doubleheader are the most scored by the Lady Wildcats. Junior Lacy Lose (Avis) and freshman Christina Mignot (Hughesville) each recorded a win. With the wins, the team is now 6-6 in conference and 8-18 overall.

ALFRED, N.Y. - The Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team had a tough day at the plate recording only four hits in two games against Alfred University Sunday. The Lady Wildcats were swept 9-0 and 15-0 ending both games in five innings. With the losses, Penn College is now 6-18 overall.

HAZLETON, Pa. – Freshman Christina Mignot (Hughesville) recorded an extra-innings victory as the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team split a conference doubleheader with Penn State Hazleton Wednesday. Mignot helped the Lady Wildcats win 6-5 in game one in eight innings. They followed it up with a 5-0 loss with the game being called early due to storms. With the split, Penn College is now 6-16 overall and 4-6 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC).

MONACA, Pa. - With the help of three doubles, two runs and an RBI from freshman Katie Kratzer (Selinsgrove), the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team split a Penn State University Athletic Conference doubleheader Sunday with Penn State Beaver. The Lady Wildcats lost game one 4-1 but bounced back for a 3-2 victory in the second. With the split, the Wildcats improve to 5-15 overall and 3-5 in the PSUAC.

UNIONTOWN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team bounced back after a 9-1 loss to take game two 13-7 Saturday against Penn State Fayette in a Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) doubleheader. Freshman Christina Mignot (Hughesville) recorded the win with six striekouts. With the split, the Lady Wildcats improve to 4-14 overall and 2-4 in the PSUAC.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Totaling only three hits in two games, the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team was swept by Elmira College 9-0 and 8-0 Wednesday. The Eagles’ pitching staff was nearly perfect in the two games with 20 strikeouts. The losses drop the Wildcats to 3-13 overall.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Rachael Shaeffer (Hampstead, Md.) was 3 for 7 with three RBI as the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team split a Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) with Penn State New Kensington Tuesday. The Wildcats came back and took game one in eight innings 6-5 and looked poised to do the same in game two but fell 8-7. Junior Lacy Lose (Avis) recorded the win in game one recording ten strikeouts. With the split, Penn College is now 3-11 and 1-3 in the PSUAC.

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team committed nine errors in a Penn State University Athletics Conference (PSUAC) doubleheader against Penn State Mont Alto Thursday losing both games 13-4 and 9-4. The errors cost the Wildcats nine unearned runs. Freshman Katie Kratzer (Selinsgrove) had a strong day in the batter’s box going 4 for 7 with a run. The losses drop Penn College to 2-10 overall and 0-2 in the PSUAC.

The Lady Wildcats won a tight 8-7 against Gordon College but lost in extra innings 5-4 to SUNY IT. With the split, they finish the tournament 2-6.

The Lady Wildcats allowed 13 runs between two games losing 4-1 against Albert Magnus College and 9-0 to Daniel Webster College. Junior Lacy Lose (Avis) recorded the only RBI of the day going 2 for 3 against Albert Magnus. The losses now drop the team to 1-3 overall.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - It was a tale of two games as the Pennsylvania College of Technology softball team split its two games on day one of the Snowbird Softball Tournament in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The Lady Wildcats dominated in the opener against Gordon College 13-2 before being stunned 14-0 by Juniata College. Junior Lacy Lose (Avis) recorded the win against Gordon with eight strikeouts and no earned runs.
