WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Freshman Christopher Carrington (Ridley Park) scored 14 and sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall) notched a double-double with both 10 points and rebounds in the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s basketball team’s 91-75 loss to Penn State Scranton Sunday. Penn College out-rebounded the Lions 64-45 in the game including 32 offensive rebounds. With the loss, the Wildcats finish their 2012-13 season 4-21 overall and 3-13 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. – Sophomore Scott Fenton scored 20 points to lead the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s basketball team in its 77-75 loss to PSU New Kensington. Sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall) added 19 points and sophomore Jason Greenfield (Wellsboro) notched a double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds. With the loss, the Wildcats are now 4-20 overall and 3-12 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

SCRANTON, Pa. - Despite having an eight point lead with four minutes left in the game, the Pennsylvania College of Technology men's basketball team lost 76-72 to Penn State Scranton Thursday. Sophomore Scott Fenton (Dickson City) led with 15 points and 11 rebounds and sophomore Jason Greenfield (Wellsboro) added 16. With the loss, the Wildcats to 4-19 overall and 3-11 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Sophomore Scott Fenton (Dickson City) led the team with 16 points and sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall) had 13. With the loss, the Wildcats fall to 4-18 overall and 3-10 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

UNIONTOWN, Pa. – Sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall) scored 13 and sophomore Scott Fenton (Dickson City) notched a double with 10 points and rebounds as the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s basketball team lost 81-57 to Penn State Fayette Saturday. Fayette shot an impressive 29-57 (.510) from the field in the win. The loss drops the Wildcats to 4-17 overall and 3-9 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

DUBOIS, Pa. - With the help of 14 points from sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall), the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s basketball team beat Penn State DuBois 62-60 in conference action Saturday. The game was tied at 58 with two minutes left when freshman Nathaniel Brown (Philadelphia) hit a jumper and made a free throw to put the Wildcats on top. Brown ended the game with 13. The win snaps a five game losing streak and improves the team to 4-16 overall and 3-8 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Wilkes Barre out-rebounded the Wildcats 40-25 including 18 offensive rebounds helping the cause. The win snaps an eight-game losing for the Wildcats as they improve to 2-11 overall and 1-4 in the PSUAC. Adding to the victory was sophomore Jesse Newman (Waterfall) with 11 points and freshman Christopher Carrington (Ridley Park) with 14.

Monday. Brown shot 7-10 (.700) from the field including going 3-4 (.750) from beyond the arc. Also in double figures was sophomore Christopher Carrington (Ridley Park) who notched 10. The loss drops Penn College to 1-11 overall.

The Wildcats outscored Berkeley 39-30 in the second half, but had a slow start in the first half leading to the seven point loss. The loss drops Penn College to 1-10 overall.

The Wildcats had a three point lead with 10 minutes remaining but could not hold on as Pitt-Titusville capitalized on missed field goals to climb back for the victory.
