Freshman Stephanie Koleno notched 10 saves against Albright

READING, Pa. – Freshman keeper Stephanie Koleno (Moshannon) had 10 saves in the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s soccer team 8-0 loss to Albright College Thursday. Albright’s Katie Cooper scored two in the game as her team improves to 3-1-1 while Penn College drops to 0-4-2.

Albright got on the board in the second minute on its way to scoring six goals in the half. Koleno made four saves off of 19 shots. Junior Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport) and freshman Shelby Straub (South Williamsport) each notched a shot in the game.

The Wildcats will next travel to Elmira College on Thursday, Sept 29for a 4 p.m. game.
