The Wildcats had four players in double figures

MEDIA, Pa. - Despite 16 points from junior Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport), the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's basketball team lost its fourth straight to Penn State Brandywine 70-55. Freshman Mackenzie Brown (Lititz) had 14 while freshmen Dana Reed (Sunbury) and Bryanna Valentine (Mifflinburg) each added 11. The loss drops the Wildcats to 2-19 overall and 1-10 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Rebounds were an issue as the Wildcats had only 27 boards. Valentine led with nine rebounds. They were down 40-24 at the half. As a team they shot 45.7 percent.

Next up, Penn College hosts Penn State Scranton on Wednesday, Feb. 8 for a 6 p.m. game.
