Freshman Mackenzie Brown led the Wildcats with 13

WILKES BARRE, Pa. - Freshman Mackenzie Brown (Lititz) notched 13 points to lead the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's basketball team but it wasn't enough as the team lost 70-55 to Penn State Wilkes Barre. The Wildcats trailed 30-22 at the half but low bench numbers were an issue and they couldn't make up the deficit. Junior Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport) added twelve points in the loss and had six rebounds. The loss drops the team to 2-17 overall and 1-8 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.

Next up, Penn College travels to Penn State DuBois on Saturday, Feb. 4 for a 1 p.m. game.
