This is the second win for the Wildcats on the 2011 season

MONT ALTO, Pa. - Junior Travis Cain (Bloomsburg) placed second to help the Pennsylvania College of Technology men's cross country team win the Penn State Mont Alto Invitation Sunday. Cain ran a 33:31 in the 6k race that had 45 runners compete. The win is the second straight for the Wildcats.

The Wildcats had four top 10 finishes with senor Corvin Oberholtzer (Wellsboro) third with a time of 33:25 and freshman Dan Flynn (Blairstown, N.J.) eighth at 34:58. Junior William Fuka (Clifton, Va.) was ran a 35:03 to place 10th.

Also for Penn College, freshmen Daniel Starr (Albrightsville), Daniel Rose (Stewartstown) and sophomore Edward Knyff (Ocean Gate, N.J.) were 11th (35:08), 12th (35:22) and 13th (35:28) respectively. Junior Robert Forbes (Warren) was 16th with a time of 35:53 and senior Seth Beckman (Linden) ran a 36:54 to finish18th.

Next up, the Wildcats travel to Penn State Lehigh Valley on Saturday, Oct. 15 for a conference invitational.
