Freshman Ed Turner lost 2-11 against Bloom

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s wrestling team competed in preliminary bouts against Bloomsburg University Friday. It was a tough trio of opponents with all three Wildcats being defeated.

Freshman, Ed Turner (Home) lost to Ryan Toussaint 2-11 at the 133 class. At 141, senior Mike Tompakov (Luray, Va.) had a 1-7 loss to Jeremiah Biddle which he had to pull out of early due to injury. Finally, senior Pat Dunkle (Bedford, N.H.) was pinned by Jacob Dabashinsky at 1:10 in the heavyweight division.

The Wildcats will travel to Easton, Pa on Saturday, Feb. 26 for the National Collegiate Wrestling Association’s Mid-East Conference Championships.
