2010-11 Wrestling: Bucknell University

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology wrestling team competed in its first intercollegiate bout Sunday afternoon against Bucknell University. The Wildcats competed in six preliminary bouts against selected junior varsity members of the Bison squad. As a team, Bucknell won 28-0.
Sophmore Tyler Myers (Centre Hall) lost 16-7 to Scott Sechler, the highest score from a Wildcat wrestler. Sechler also defeated senior Ethan Boyd (Roaring Spring) 13-3.
Also for Penn College, freshman Robert Hecknaurer (Montgomery) lost 13-3 to Jamie Westwood and freshman Derek Anderson (Ellsworth) was defeated by Austin Fallon 14-3.
Freshman Ed Turner (Home) faced a strong Nick Grurol and was pinned at 5:31 and Conor Sweeney took down senior Patrick Dunkle (Bedford, N.H.) at 4:30.
Next, the Wildcats travel to Lycoming College for preliminary bouts on Jan. 27 at 6 p.m.
