Fall 2010 Men's Soccer: PSU Brandywine

The Wildcats captured their fifth straight win with the 2-0 victory
MEDIA, Pa. –Freshman Chris Brennan (New Hope/New Hope-Solebury) scored two goals to help lift the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s soccer team to its fifth straight win 2-0 over Penn State – Brandywine. Senior goalkeeper Dan Shaffer (Shermans Dale/West Perry) had four saves in the shutout effort. The Wildcats now improve to 8-2 overall and stay perfect at 5-0 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference.
Brennan’s first goal came in the opening half in the 26th minute off a pass from freshman Patrick Massango (Harriburg/International). In the 59th minute sophomore Ben Shade (Fleetwood/Oley Valley) sent a pass to Brennan to seal the victory.
As a team, Penn College got off 28 shots and earned 10 corner kicks.
Next up, the Wildcats will travel to Salem International University on Thursday, September 30 at 5pm.
