The Wildcats end the 2010 season fifth in the USCAA and second in the PSUAC

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology golf team rallied to take second at the PSUAC Golf Championships in State College. The two-day tournament was also host for the USCAA Championships. The Wildcats placed fifth in the field of 14. Penn State Mont Alto claimed the PSUAC Championships and was just ahead of Penn College in the USCAA placing fourth.

Senior Eric Schall (Williamsport) capped off a solid 2010 season placing sixth in the PSUAC and earning him a spot on the All-Tournament team. He was 13th in the USCAA in the field of 84. He shot a 79 in both of his rounds on the par 72.

All Wildcat golfers were in the top 50 for the USCAA. Senior Dean Bell (Schwenksville) was 30th hitting 81 and 84, sophomore Dan Kramer (Avon, Conn.) was 37th with 81 and 84 and junior Kurt Linhart (Zionsville) was 45th with an 85 and 87.

Also for Penn College, freshmen Alex Howe (Lake Ariel) and Chad Vuocolo (Lock Haven) tied for 48th with Howe hitting 90 and 83 and Vuoccolo hitting 91 and 82.
