Senior Eric Schall placed seventh to lead Penn College

UNIONTOWN, Pa. – Senior Eric Schall (Williamsport) shot an 87 on a par 72 to place seventh as the Pennsylvania College of Technology golf team took second place at the Red Poling Invitational at Mystic Rock. Penn State Mont alto took the top spot as it scored a 316 while the Wildcats totaled 356 as a team.

Also for Penn College, freshman Alex Howe (Lake Ariel) was eighth with an 88 and sophomore Joe Peters (Harrisburg) was 10th.

Rounding out the Wildcats was sophomore Dan Kramer (Avon, Conn.) who place 17th with a 92, freshman TJ Sonderegger (Westford, Maine) at 19th with a 93, junior Kurt Linhart (Zionsville) at 24th with a 99 and freshman Chad Vuoccolo (Lock Haven) at 29th with a 104.

Next up, the Wildcats will travel to the Penn State Mont Alto on September 13th for a conference invitational.
