Senior Robert Kemrer stays perfect on the season with his 6-1, 6-0 victory at fourth singles
YORK, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology tennis team dropped a conference match 4-5 to Penn State York. This is the second time the teams have played this year with the same result. The last time they played was on Sept. 14. The Wildcats drop to 7-3 overall and in the PSUAC.
Penn College took two of three doubles with senior Robert Kemrer (Milton) and sophomore Alex Clemens (Lebanon) taking second doubles 6-2, 6-3 and junior Rachel Emmons (Washington, N.J.) and senior Danielle Trout (Harrisburg) winning 6-0, 6-0 in women’s doubles.
Kemrer stayed perfect on the season at fourth singles with his 6-1, 6-0 win while Trout had an easy 6-0, 6-1 victory at women’s second singles.
Penn College will host Penn State Wilkes Barre on Saturday, Oct. 6 at noon.
