Junior Rachel Emmons opened up 2010 with a 6-0, 6-0 victory

MEDIA, Pa. – Junior Rachel Emmons (Washington, N.J.) won women’s first singles 6-0, 6-0 but the Pennsylvania College of Technology tennis team dropped its season opener to Penn State Brandywine 3-6.

The Lions defaults women’s doubles and second singles for the other two Penn College wins. Junior Brad Fisher (Montoursville) and freshman Jacob Kuska (Mohnton) took their second doubles opponent to three just losing 6-1, 2-6, 10-7.

Next up, the Wildcats will host Penn State York on Sept. 14 at 3 p.m.
