Caleb Wise assisted Christopher Brennan on the final goal of the game

MCKEESPORT, Pa. – Senior David Munn (Athens) recorded seven saves to shutout the Penn State Greater Allegheny and help the Pennsylvania College of Technology men’s soccer team win 5-0. Senior Christopher Brennan (New Hope) scored two, including the game winner, and added an assist in the mix. With the win, the Wildcats improve to 8-1 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference and 13-4 overall.

Brennan scored the team’s lone goal in the first half off a pass from sophomore Tarik LaRoche (Milton). Out of the break, junior Jacob Tuck (Hollsopple) punched one in from freshman Douglas Binnie (Charlton, Mass.). Binnie later scored from Brennan.

Junior Blayne Allen (Trumbull, Conn.) scored on a penalty kick and Brennan closed out the game taking a pass from freshman Caleb Wise (Manheim) for the goal.

As a team, the Wildcats totaled 37 shots.

Next up, Penn College hosts Penn State Hazleton for a 4 p.m. match on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
