Only 10 shots were taken in the contest by both teams

ALFRED, N.Y. – Freshman keeper Colleen Bowes (Wayne) made two saves in the Pennsylvania College of Technology women’s soccer 2-0 to Alfred University Saturday night. The game was largely a defensive battle with only 10 total shots taken. With the loss, the Lady Wildcats fall to 1-2 overall.

The Saxons scored a goal in each of the halves coming at the 19th and 90th minutes. They totaled 10 total shots to Penn College’s three.

Next up, Penn College hosts Mt. Aloysius College on Thursday, Sept. 19 for a 5 p.m. match.
