Spring 2013 Archery: Penn State Invitational

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Pennsylvania College of Technology archery team competed at the Penn State University Invitational Sunday. Over 50 archers were in attendance at the event held indoors on the campus of Penn State. Freshmen Greggory Foust (Murrysville) and Samantha Lantz (Ulster) took the top spots in the men’s and women’s recurve competition, respectively.
Foust scored a 536 on his side, beating the next closest competitor by nearly 50 points. Lantz was also strong on the women’s side with an impressive 329.
Next up, Penn College travels to Atlantic Cape Community College for the East Regional of the US Indoor Championships on Mar. 2.
