The Keystone Conference includes:

- Bucknell University
- Dickinson University
- Indiana University of Pennsylvania
- Lock Haven University
- The Pennsylvania State University
- Pitt-Johnstown
- Shippensburg University
The top 32 teams in the league enter a playoff championship series leading up to two final fours and two championship games, as well as an all-star game.
The league is very competitive and allows for additional games outside of the conference.
