Women's Basketball

Freshman women's basketball player Jamie Steer has been named the Penn College Athlete of the Week for the period ending Jan. 27. Steer led the Lady Wildcats to a 2-1 week averaging 21 points and 12.7 rebounds in the three games. In addition, she scored a season and personal high 33 points against Central Penn.

So far this season, Steer is leading the team with 18.7 points per game also ranking her third in the PSUAC. She has totaled seven double-doubles on the season.

Next up, Steer and the Lady Wildcats host Penn State Schuylkill on Wednesday, Jan. 30 at 6 p.m.
