Specialty license plates
When you purchase a Pennsylvania College of Technology license plate, $50 of the total cost benefits Alumni Relations and may be tax deductible.
Follow these easy steps to submit your license plate application:
- Complete the application. Don't forget to sign it!
- Write a check for $74, payable to Pennsylvania College of Technology.
- Enclose your check with the application and mail to:

Commemorative bricks
Leave a Lasting Memory
Alumni, employees, students, and friends are invited to leave a lasting memory on the Penn College campus by purchasing a brick to be displayed in the Commemorative Walkway or Remembrance Garden.
Commemorative Walkway
Dedicated on September 24, 1999, nearly 1,000 bricks have been installed in the Commemorative Walkway. Located along the College's main entrance, this project provides an opportunity to record your name; pay tribute to a family member, mentor, or friend; or honor a personal milestone with your own inscribed brick.
Remembrance Garden
The Remembrance Garden was constructed by students in the School of Natural Resources Management in 2010. Located along the east side of the Carl Building Technologies Center, this is an area of reflection and remembrance to honor colleagues and students who have died while employed at or attending Penn College.

Alumni Referral Program
Do you know a student that would benefit from a Penn College education? As a Penn College alum, you have the opportunity to support your alma mater by referring a student to the College. You’ll feel good about promoting your education to the community and offering financial assistance to applicants! When the completed alumni referral card is included with a completed application for admission, the applicant’s $100 tuition deposit will be waived.
The alumni referral card is not valid until the application for admission is received. Referrals will not be accepted after the application is received and processed in the Admissions Office.
Alumni Awards
Distinguished Alumni Award
Presented to an alumnus/alumna who:
- Has made significant contributions in his or her chosen field
- Has demonstrated the importance of his or her education at Penn College
- Has participated in leadership roles within the community and has demonstrated a commitment to the College and community relations
- Must be a graduate of Williamsport Technical Institute, Williamsport Area Community College or Pennsylvania College of Technology
Alumni Achievement Award
Presented to an alumnus/alumna who:
- Is a graduate of the last 10 years
- Has demonstrated achievement in at least one area including noteworthy professional or career accomplishments or dedicated volunteer service to the College or their community
- Has demonstrated the importance of his or her Penn College education
- Continually supports the mission of the College
Alumni Humanitarian/Citizenship Award
Presented to an alumnus/alumna who:
- provides distinguished community or volunteer service
- Has presented him/herself as a dedicated and loyal alumnus
- Is a graduate of Williamsport Technical Institute, Williamsport Area Community College or Pennsylvania College of Technology
Athletics Hall of Fame (repl. Outstanding Varsity Athletic Alumni Award)
The Athletics Hall of Fame honors individuals and teams who have distinguished themselves in Wildcat Intercollegiate Athletics. Inductees are formally recognized each year with a ceremony during Homecoming Weekend. Athletics Hall of Fame nominations may be made via the Athletics website.
Mentorship Award
Presented to an alumnus/alumna, individual, or business who:
- Has made a significant or on-going contribution to the education or development of our students by providing mentorship opportunities or professional guidance
