Message from the Provost

Pennsylvania College of Technology aims to make your pre-enrollment entrance and your first semester a smooth and successful experience. Research supports our belief that students who succeed in their first semester (success is defined conservatively as a 2.0), go on to complete their majors and graduate. Success begins with appropriate placement in first-semester courses; therefore, we require placement testing before you begin.

You come to campus and test on one day and are invited to return on another day for the results during your Pre-Enrollment Advising Session. At the session, you also will meet with faculty and staff to ask questions and discuss scheduling options.
