Advanced Placement (AP) and
College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

Penn College will examine Advanced Placement (AP) and College Level Examination Program (CLEP) results and may grant college credit to individuals who score at levels identified as appropriate for specific course credit.  The student must provide an official copy of his/her AP and/or CLEP scores to the College’s Admissions Office.  The College will determine whether credit earned through AP/CLEP will be issued for required credit courses or as elective credit.

Information on participating in AP and CLEP testing can be found at College Board.

See Penn College departments, below, for a list of corresponding exam titles, qualifying scores, and courses awarded.
