Saturday, January 7
School of Construction and Design Technologies
Do you like to design or build things? Have you ever thought about pursuing a construction-related career? Stop by our booth to learn how our majors can prepare you for exciting opportunities in the construction industry. We'll even help you build a wooden toolbox that could carry your tools for a promising future!
School of Hospitality
Culinary students, along with Chef Paul Mach and Chef Mike Ditchfield, will demonstrate their culinary techniques live on the PA Preferred Culinary Connection stage. Chef Mike will present at 11 a.m. and Chef Paul will present at 5 p.m.
Sunday, January 8
School of Transportation Technology
The School of Transportation Technology will offer demonstrations and hands-on activities throughout the day:
- Interested in the Automotive industry? Automotive faculty will be available to discuss fuel cell technology and demonstrate model fuel cell powered vehicles.
- Looking for a career in the Aviation industry? Stop by the booth to speak with Aviation faculty members, view student projects, and check out a turbine engine cutaway.
- Do you want to learn more about the Collision Repair industry? Visitors can interact with collision repair faculty members and see how vehicles are masked for painting, how pin-striping is accomplished, and see a wire body damage analysis sequence.
School of Hospitality
Culinary students and Chef Paul Mach will demonstrate their culinary techniques live on the PA Preferred Culinary Connection stage at noon and 3 p.m. Then, watch our students compete in the Student Cooking Challenge at 4 p.m. on the PA Preferred Culinary Connection stage.
Monday, January 9
School of Natural Resources Management
The School of Natural Resources Management prepares students for many opportunities in the great outdoors. Explore Pennsylvania's resources as the forestry program showcases the felling stump and logging hardware used to prepare students for the forestry industry. From the Landscape/Horticulture programs, visitors will have the opportunity to test their green thumbs and transplant a root cutting. In addition to these hands-on activities, stop by and learn about diesel technology, heavy equipment technology, and the on-site power generation major also offered within the School of Natural Resources Management.

Everyone loves food! Join the School of Hospitality as our culinary students display their artistic talents. Vegetable carving and food presentation techniques will be demonstrated.
Wednesday, January 11
School of Health Sciences
The School of Health Sciences will be offering demonstrations and hands-on activities throughout the day:
- Surgical Technology - Experience the skills needed to perform in the operating room. Explore how surgery is performed using actual surgical instruments and models. Try your skill at an appendectomy or laparotomy. Meet faculty from Penn College's Surgical Technology program and find out why our graduates are in high demand.
- Physician Assistant - What is a Physician Assistant (PA)? What do PAs do? Try your skills at examining the ear and the eye as well as listening to heart sounds! Come by to learn more about Penn College's Physician Assistant program and the profession.

School of Integrated Studies
Discover an exciting career in graphic design or advertising art. Visitors will have their photos taken and imported into a magazine cover template which will be printed for each student. Learn about the benefits of studying graphic design/advertising art at Penn College.
Friday, January 13
School of Industrial and Engineering Technologies
Stop by and visit the School of Industrial and Engineering Technologies to learn about magnetic principles by constructing a simple electric motor. We will also be showing a video of our student projects from the Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology department.

School of Business and Computer Technologies

Visit the Penn College booth and learn how game programming, business planning, marketing, accounting, and the law converged to fuel this record-breaking event. The School of Business and Computer Technologies' "degrees that work" can prepare you for careers in accounting, business, health information technology, web design, information technology, and paralegal studies.
