Eligibility
- Dedication and desire to become a young community leader
- High school junior with at least a “B” average
- Willingness and ability to attend all five sessions
- Completed application (PDF) and essay received by Friday, February 15
Transportation to Penn College is the student’s responsibility.
There is no financial commitment for the student.
Selection Process
- Up to two juniors from each participating school will be selected.
- Students will be notified of acceptance via e-mail by
Friday, February 29.
