Summer PLUS Registration Form

Yes, I will participate in the 5-week Summer PLUS Program being held from June 23 to July 25, 2008.

I understand that I will also be participating in Connections on June 23 & 24. In addition, I understand that there is no tuition or college cost; however, I am responsible for my own room and board if I want to stay on campus after the completion of Connections.

I understand that as part of the registration process for the Summer PLUS Program, a half hour telephone information session is required.

Academic Support Services will be responsible for initiating the phone call, but to assist with the coordination of the process, I have noted below ALL the dates and times I will be available for interviews. We will contact you to confirm your interview time and date.

While on-campus housing is not a requirement for the PLUS Program, it is a requirement of Connections. If you do wish to live on campus during Summer PLUS, the housing fee is $110 per week and arrangements can be made by contacting the Residence Life Office at (570) 320-8023.

Food Services offers a Declining Balance Plan for on-campus food purchase. Please note that there will be no on-campus dining facilities open after 6 p.m. Mon.-Thurs., 12 p.m. on Fridays, or on weekends. An additional Wildcat Plus Plan can be purchased for local off-campus food establishments. The Wildcat Plus Plan can be used at Wendy's, Sheetz, and Burger King that are all within one half-mile from campus. (Students who live on campus will have a microwave and refrigerator in their residence hall room.)
