Penn College Financial Aid Application (FAA)
You complete the Penn College Financial Aid Application (SIS login required) before your first academic year. For your second and subsequent years, we will create a FAA for you each year, and you will need to review and revise, if needed, your information for that academic year. If you do not attend for a year or more, you may need to create a new FAA via SIS when you return.
Use this Penn College Financial Aid Application option only if you do not have access to SIS.
Penn College Educational Purpose Form for Private Alternative Loan
The Penn College Educational Purpose Form for Private Alternative Loans is used by students only if the Financial Aid Office requests it. Return completed form to Penn College Financial Aid Office.
PHEAA 2012-13 Pennsylvania State Grant Status Notice (for dependent students - those with parent information)
The PHEAA 2012-13 Pennsylvania State Grant Status Notice is used by returning dependent students when PHEAA requests it. The form is used to supply additional information for PHEAA to determine your state grant eligibility.
PHEAA's instructions for the form state: "
You do not need to fill out the entire form. Submit only the information that is incomplete on your record.
To view your list of incomplete items, sign in to Account Access, then go to “Applications & Status” and select the 'PA State Grant Status' link. "
Note that the questions on the form are numbered, and instructions for each question are on pages 3-5 of the form. Only the first two pages of the form are sent to PHEAA.

PHEAA State Grant Program 2012-2013 Academic Progress Exception
The PHEAA State Grant Program 2012-13 Academic Progress Exception form is used by students requesting an exception to Pennsylvania state academic progress standards. Discuss your plan to submit this form with the PHEAA Representative in the Financial Aid Office before completing it. Return completed form to Penn College Financial Aid Office. Note that appropriate supporting documentation is also required.
